1. Product Authenticity & Pricing
QuinKart directly sources artificial jewellery, handloom silk sarees, hair accessories, and women's purses from verified master artisans.
- All prices displayed are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- We reserve the right to correct any inadvertent typographical pricing errors or stock discrepancies.
2. User Conduct & Account Obligations
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their mobile login OTPs and account details. Creating false orders, providing incorrect delivery addresses, or initiating fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension.
3. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of QuinKart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar.
